Role Description The Student Relationship Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore. This role involves guiding prospective and current students through the study abroad process, including responding to inquiries, conducting consultations, and coordinating follow-up communication.

The Student Relationship

Officer will maintain accurate records of student interactions, support counseling sessions, and collaborate with training and admissions teams to ensure a smooth experience.



Day-to-day tasks include handling walk-ins and scheduled appointments, explaining course and university options, assisting with application procedures, and supporting students through key milestones such as exam registration and pre-departure formalities. The role also requires proactively nurturing relationships, managing feedback, and contributing to outreach activities that strengthen student trust and satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Business Relationship Management skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and enhance long-term student and stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and listen actively to student needs.
- Customer Service orientation, demonstrating empathy, patience, and responsiveness in handling student queries and concerns.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (such as education, business, humanities, psychology or related field) or equivalent experience in student services or counseling.
- Proficiency with basic office software, CRM or student management systems, and comfort working with digital communication tools.
- Prior experience in education counseling, admissions, or study abroad services is an advantage.
