Role Description: The Student Volunteer role is a full-time hybrid position based in New Delhi, with some tasks that can be completed from home. Day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting outreach and awareness activities, assisting with coordination of relief or support initiatives, and helping maintain records or basic documentation.

Volunteers may also engage with beneficiaries under supervision, contribute to organizing events or campaigns, and assist the team with general administrative support.
The role involves close collaboration with staff and other volunteers, regular communication and reporting, and adherence to the foundation’s ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest in social impact, community service, or non-profit work.
- Robust communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English; Hindi proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to work responsibly in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and follow instructions and processes.
- Empathy, emotional resilience, and a respectful approach to individuals facing difficult circumstances.
- Basic organizational and documentation skills, including comfort with email, word processing, and simple spreadsheets.
- Currently enrolled in a recognized educational institution; prior volunteering or internship experience is beneficial but not required.
- Willingness to learn, collaborate with diverse teams, and follow the foundation’s code of conduct and safeguarding policies.
