Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Chennai - WFO Night Shift - 7pm - 4am

Experience between: 5-9 years

NP - Upto 30 days or immediate joiners Only

- Work on General Ledger, account reconciliation including bank reconciliation statements, Payroll accounting for US companies
- Perform advanced reconciliations / prepare monthly deliverables to the Management group for various financial reports
- Perform ratio analysis / logical reasoning / test data in GL to ensure accuracy
- Prepare monthly, the production site performance reports and Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Monthly financial submissions to Hyperion / Essbase
- Complete all assigned jobs as per committed time, in an accurate manner, and as per client-specific instructions




- Update Work allocation matrix on completion of tasks on hand to measure performance / prepare monthly KPI metrics
- Escalate matter to the next level of Management for pending issues
- Adhere to information security and control procedures

Knowledge and Skills Required Mandatory : Experience in Record to Report - R2R, General Ledger, month-end activities, reconciliations, payroll accounting, financial reporting, Excel, accounting principles client coordination, Oracle/M3/Yardi preferred

- Ability to quickly interpret and evaluate the accuracy of data and information
- The ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel essential

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
