Supervisor – Logistics & Maintenance

Accolade Electronics is looking for experienced and responsible professionals to join our Logistics and Maintenance teams. The roles will be responsible for supervising day-to-day logistics and maintenance operations, ensuring smooth material movement, equipment reliability, timely dispatches, preventive maintenance, minimal downtime, and effective utilization of manpower and resources. Candidates should have strong supervisory, coordination, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervisor – Logistic

- Outbound Logistics & Dispatch
- Plan and supervise finished goods daily dispatches as per customer schedules.
- Coordinate with Transporters, Customer Service, Production, Quality and Packing teams.
- Ensure correct quantity, packaging, labeling and documentation before dispatch.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
- Work closely with PPC, Production, Purchase, Quality, Stores, Customer Service and Finance teams.
- Escalate critical shortages, dispatch delays and inventory discrepancies on time.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring logistics issues.
- Support continuous improvement, Kaizen and Lean initiatives.
- 3–4 years in electronics / electrical / automotive electronics / EMS manufacturing
- Experience handling PCB, electronic components, finished goods and production material flow will be preferred.
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Exposure to customer-specific packaging, labeling and dispatch requirements is desirable

Qualification & Experience

- Any Graduate with 3–4 years of relevant experience in Logistics/Warehouse operations, preferably in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities

Supervisor – Maintenance

- Manage preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, PLC, pneumatic and mechanical issues.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and quick restoration of equipment.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, records, spares and technical documentation.
- Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and allocate daily activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Engineering teams for machine-related issues.
- Monitor MTBF, MTTR, machine availability and breakdown trends.
- Identify recurring failures and implement RCA, corrective actions and Kaizen.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, Clean Room Standards, Electrical safety, ESD, 5S and statutory requirements.
- Support installation, commissioning and qualification of new machines/equipment.
- Manage critical maintenance spares and coordinate with suppliers/service providers.
- Initiate and Implement TPM Methodologies

Knowledge /Skills/Competencies/Aptitude

- PLC troubleshooting, electrical panels, sensors, drives/VFD, SMPS, soldering/rework equipment, compressors, HVAC/utilities, Facility Maintenance basic automation, SAP/ERP and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance
- Understanding of legal requirements about electrical & Electronics maintenance

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering with 5–6 years of relevant experience in Maintenance in the Automotive Electronics Manufacturing industry.
