Job Summary The Facility Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and support services of a facility. The role involves supervising facility staff and contractors, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining service standards, and addressing facility-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily facility management operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, security, landscaping, waste management, and other support services.

- Manage and coordinate facility staff, technicians, housekeeping personnel, security teams, and external contractors.

- Monitor the performance of service providers and ensure compliance with agreed service standards and SLAs.

- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, utilities, common areas, and workplace facilities.

- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, civil, fire & safety, and other building systems.

- Attend to breakdowns, complaints, and facility-related emergencies and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, work orders, inventories, and service reports.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.

- Support emergency preparedness, evacuation drills, fire drills, and other safety initiatives.

- Monitor consumption and usage of electricity, water, consumables,



and other facility resources.

- Assist with budgeting, procurement, inventory control, and cost-saving initiatives.

- Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of facility equipment and tools.

- Handle employee or occupant facility complaints and provide timely solutions.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

- Train and guide facility staff on operational procedures, safety practices, and service standards.

- Ensure the facility is maintained in a clean, secure, functional, and professional condition.
