Duties and responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day finishing activities at the site (tiling, painting, false ceiling, joinery, waterproofing, carpentry, etc.).
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams (MEP, structure, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure quality checks at all stages as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
- Monitor work progress, manpower deployment, and resource utilization.
- Review and interpret construction drawings and raise RFIs if discrepancies arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping norms at the finishing stage.
- Maintain accurate records of work status, material usage, and labor productivity.
- Conduct snagging and de-snagging activities in coordination with QA/QC and clients.
- Assist in material planning and timely procurement coordination for finishing materials.
- Report progress and delays to the Project Manager regularly.
- Work assigned by management from time to time

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
