House Of Biryan is a fast-growing food brand passionate about delivering authentic biryani experiences to customers. We are looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Executive who will play a key role in optimizing our procurement, logistics, and inventory operations while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Location: Maha Laxmi, Mumbai – 400018 | 6 days a week | 10:30 am to 6:30 pm

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations , including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Conduct vendor negotiations to secure favorable pricing, quality, and delivery terms while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Implement and monitor inventory control systems , particularly for perishable food items.
- Perform demand forecasting to prevent stockouts and minimize wastage.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards across supply chain activities.
- Monitor and analyze food costs ,



identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Use MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and operational planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely supply chain operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field .
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the food or hospitality industry .
- Solid knowledge of operations management, procurement, and vendor management .
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills .
- Understanding of demand forecasting and perishable inventory management .
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards .
