Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Assist the Supply Team with venue research and suggestions based on client requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update backend venue data, including pricing, room inventory, capacities, inclusions, and other relevant details.
- Research and identify the right venues for clients based on specific requirements such as guest count, budget, destination, room requirements, and event format.
- Coordinate with hotels and venues to collect updated information, quotations, and availability.
- Support the Supply Team in preparing venue comparison sheets and proposals.
- Ensure all venue information in the backend is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with follow-ups and other day-to-day Supply Team operations.
