Support Engineer – After Sales & Maintenance

Education: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical / Production

Experience: 2–4 Years

Preferred Industry: EPC / Process Industry / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and register customer complaints and ensure timely acknowledgement and resolution.
- Evaluate complaints, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams and sub-suppliers.
- Prepare action plans, proposals and monitor resolution timelines from material procurement to installation and final acceptance.
- Coordinate with customers and sub-suppliers and provide regular status updates.
- Conduct customer visits and generate preventive maintenance opportunities.
- Plan annual spare-parts requirements and maintain complaint/resolution records.




- Develop expertise in CO₂ compressors and routine electrical & mechanical maintenance.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and AMC activities with customers.
- Maintain customer equipment records, O&M; manuals and service data.
- Support ISO, SAP and data management system implementation and updation.
- Develop AMC and training contract proposals.
- Identify key locations for after-sales service visits and local representation.

Required Skills: Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
