Location: Mumbai (Looking for local candidates only)
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for the RMS platform Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues Collaborate with Engineering & QA teams Track and document support tickets Assist users with training and guidance Ensure timely and effective issue resolution Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field Experience in software/product support Knowledge of SQL and troubleshooting Familiarity with JIRA, Postman, Selenium, etc. Robust communication and problem-solving skills Please share your resume at
