1. To coordinate the patient for surgery
2. To make the patient understand the pre & post-operative care.
3. Explain the surgery packages to the patients
4. Facilitate the documentation process
5. Start the process of Pre authorisation
6. Schedule the surgery/ procedure
7. Arrange the implant
8. Ensure CRM compliance
9. Manage end to end process of surgery and patient handholding
10. Ensure an amazing patient experience
11. Ensuring all the booked cases get done
12. Make the patient & attendant to understand the package of procedures. Ensure a high conversion ratio and achievement of monthly targets.
13. To prepare the pre-operative instruction & hand over to the patient
14. Tracking Clinic opinions on daily basis
15. Ensure appointment in Eye Tech
16. Sending OPD and OT count to respective doctor and freeze timings with co-ordination of Operations manager.
17. To do counselling of procedures/injection/surgeries
18. Ensure conversion
19. Full awareness of cash/cghs/echs/Tpa/ Haryana Govt/other PSU process
20. Responsible for getting approvals/billing
21. Responsible for retention of old patient through pipeline management and current patient through lining up appointment for Clinic Opinions and Eye Q Prime.
