Role Overview The Finance Support Specialist will provide end-to-end support in financial operations, compliance, and reporting. The role requires solid analytical skills, hands-on experience in finance processes, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial management.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.

- Budget Support: Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, taxation, and audit processes.

- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in financial workflows and recommend automation or efficiency measures.





- Stakeholder Support: Provide financial insights and support to internal teams for decision-making.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting standards.

- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.

- Experience in internal audits and compliance documentation.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

- ICWA Inter or CA Inter (mandatory).

- Minimum 6 years of relevant finance experience.

- Exposure to corporate finance, compliance, and audit processes.
