Swimming Pool Operator

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Swimming Pool Operator to manage the day-to-day operations, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of our swimming pool facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain proper pool water quality, chemical levels, and hygiene standards.
- Operate and inspect pool filtration, pumps, and other equipment.
- Conduct regular cleaning of the pool and surrounding areas.
- Maintain accurate records of water testing, chemical usage, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Identify and report equipment faults, leaks, or other maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for swimmers and guests.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.




- Follow emergency procedures and support pool safety protocols.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in swimming pool operation or maintenance preferred.
- Basic knowledge of pool chemicals, filtration systems, and water testing.
- Good understanding of health and safety practices.
- Responsible, attentive, and physically fit.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full time Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Location: Overall Pune

Salary: Minimum 15k to 25 k

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
