Job DescriptionDevi Metal Products is looking for a responsible CNC Operator / Swiss-Type CNC Machine Operator for our precision machining unit in Jamnagar.

We manufacture CNC turned and Swiss-type machined components in brass, stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel, alloy steel, copper and other materials. The operator will be responsible for running machines, checking parts during production, changing tools when required and supporting smooth production.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC / Swiss-type CNC machines.
- Load raw material and unload finished components.
- Run production as per given program and instructions.
- Check basic dimensions using vernier caliper, micrometer and gauges.
- Monitor machine running condition during production.
- Change inserts/tools when required.
- Inform quality or supervisor if any issue is found.
- Maintain production quantity and quality.
- Keep machine area clean and organized.
- Follow safety instructions properly.
- Support trial jobs and new component development when required.




- Coordinate with quality person for first-piece approval and production checks.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation.
- Ability to use vernier caliper and micrometer.
- Understanding of machining, tools and inserts preferred.
- Experience in turning / Swiss-type CNC preferred.
- Responsible and disciplined working attitude.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Basic drawing reading knowledge preferred.

Qualification ITI / Diploma / Mechanical background preferredExperienced machine operators can also apply.
