Role & responsibilities

- Own and execute end-to-end test strategy for Autonomous Well Operations platforms.

- Perform System, Integration, Regression, and Acceptance Testing.

- Validate autonomous workflows, control systems, and field device interactions.

- Test integrations with SCADA, PLCs, DCS, Historians, and Control Networks.

- Execute failure mode, safety, reliability, and performance testing.

- Verify real-time performance, latency, determinism, and resource utilization.

- Work closely with Controls, Embedded, Software, and Data Science teams to identify and resolve issues.

- Ensure high product quality and reduced post-release defects.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

- 5+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, Embedded, or Control System Testing.

- Robust knowledge of Oil & Gas production operations and field instrumentation.

- Experience with pressure, flow, temperature sensors, valves, chokes, and actuators.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
