We are seeking a energetic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to lead client tge Corporate hiring mainly on Leadership and CXO Level roles. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in hiring from the Executive search. The role will be for a fixed Term duration of 12 months with the client.

Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead a team of recruiters and collaborate with various business stakeholders across functions.
- Manage end-to-end Corporate recruitment for senior and mid-level positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using proactive sourcing techniques.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of roles.
- Implement best practices in recruitment processes, including assessment,



interviewing, and onboarding.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and report to leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

- 15-20 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, from the Executive search Industry.
- Proven expertise in hiring Corporate hiring in the organisation.
- Experience leading and managing a team of recruiters.
- Strong network and relationships within the target industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
- Willingness to be based in Mumbai.
