About the Role

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Limited is seeking an experienced Takeover Manager to take charge of venue sales operations, team performance and business targets.

The role requires a strong sales leader who can quickly understand venue performance, manage teams effectively and drive consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of assigned venue sales operations.
- Manage and motivate the existing sales team.
- Assess current sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Set daily and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Drive customer presentations, conversions and closures.
- Monitor individual and team performance.
- Implement sales strategies to improve conversion and revenue.
- Conduct regular performance meetings and provide coaching.




- Maintain accurate sales and performance reports.
- Ensure smooth coordination between venue, sales and management teams.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales team management.
- Experience in timeshare, holiday membership, hospitality, real estate or direct sales is preferred.
- Robust leadership and team-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Highly target-oriented with a strong focus on revenue.
- Ability to take ownership and deliver results.
