We are looking for a professional, friendly, and confident Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front-desk activities, handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist visitors, and support the team with basic administrative and customer communication tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates.
- Attend customer enquiries and provide basic information about company services.
- Make follow-up calls to prospective customers, candidates, and clients.
- Maintain records of calls, enquiries, visitors, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor schedules.
- Respond to WhatsApp messages, emails, and basic customer queries.
- Forward enquiries to the concerned department or team member.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Support day-to-day administrative and office coordination activities.
- Prepare basic reports related to calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills

Qualification Preferred: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with experience in Reception, Telecalling, Customer Support, Front Desk, or Administration will be preferred.
