We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in developing interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, data analysis, dashboard development, and working with multiple data sources.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective BI and visualization solutions.
- Develop dashboards using Tableau Desktop and publish/manage reports on Tableau Server/Cloud.
- Create calculated fields, parameters, sets, groups, filters, actions, and advanced visualizations.
- Build and optimize Tableau data sources, extracts, and dashboards for performance.
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.
- Connect Tableau with various data sources including relational databases, data warehouses, Excel, and other sources.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
- Optimize dashboard performance by improving queries, extracts, calculations, and data models.
- Implement appropriate dashboard-level security and access controls.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, stakeholders, and other technical teams.
- Troubleshoot issues related to dashboards, data sources, refreshes,



and Tableau Server.
- Participate in testing, deployment, documentation, and production support activities.
- Maintain technical documentation for dashboards, data sources, and reporting solutions.

Required Skills
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Tableau development.
- Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Robust understanding of data visualization and dashboard design principles.
- Experience with Tableau calculated fields, parameters, filters, sets, groups, actions, and LOD expressions.
- Experience working with Tableau Extracts (Hyper), data blending, and data joins.
- Good understanding of data modelling, ETL concepts, and data warehousing.
- Experience in dashboard and query performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, or other cloud/data warehouse platforms.
- Knowledge of Python or scripting is an added advantage.
- Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP data platforms is a plus.
- Tableau certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
