About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition skilled who can manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to hire quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements from business stakeholders.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview schedules.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary, release offers, and manage offer acceptance.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for critical position

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with an ATS or HRMS (Keka experience preferred).

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.

Experience

- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience hiring for Sales, Operations, Marketing, IT, and Corporate functions will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or corporate environment is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
