Earthful is building India's most trusted clean-label, plant-based wellness brand for women's health, backed by Fireside Ventures and V3 Ventures. Hiring well is core to how we grow, and this role is where a lot of that hiring actually gets done — sourcing, screening, coordinating and closing the people who join our creative, marketing, sales and operations teams.

Office Location : Mumbai, Lower Parel

Role Overview The TA Intern is the engine room of hiring at Earthful — the person who keeps candidates moving, interviews on calendar, and the applicant tracker honest. You'll work closely with the founders and hiring managers across functions, getting real, hands-on exposure to how an early-stage D2C brand builds its team. This is a fresher-friendly role: you don't need prior recruitment experience, just strong communication, ownership, and a genuine interest in how great teams get built.

You'll learn to evaluate candidates, not just find them, and you'll have a direct hand in closing the people Earthful eventually hires.

What You'll Own

- Screen candidates for open roles using job portals and LinkedIn, building shortlists hiring managers can act on quickly.




- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, keeping both sides informed on next steps.
- Coordinate with candidates through the process and follow up on assignments so nothing quietly stalls.
- Update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate, current candidate details.
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting roles across the right portals.

What We're Looking For

- Freshers are welcome; 0–1 year of experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- Able to work full time, in-office, from our Lower Parel, Mumbai location.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable speaking with candidates and senior team members alike.
- High ownership, urgency and attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in talent acquisition, startups and D2C brands, rather than a generic "any internship will do" attitude.
- A degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field is a plus, though not a requirement.
