Job Responsibilities
1. To coordinate, check/validate and follow up for Manpower requisitions with Management for all regions and to route as per approvals.
2. Sourcing through right channels, screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews.
3. Finalisation to onboarding.
4. Implementation of recruitment tools including PIT to prepare job descriptions.
5. Filling and maintaining the New Joinee tracker.
