Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include What You'll Own:

- Screen candidates for open roles using job portals and LinkedIn, building shortlists hiring managers can act on

quickly.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, keeping both sides informed on next steps.
- Coordinate with candidates through the process and follow up on assignments so nothing quietly stalls.
- Update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate, current candidate details.
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting roles across the right portals.
