About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding team in Noida, Sector 16. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top technology professionals across various domains.

This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the IT recruitment landscape and excellent stakeholder management skills. As part of our team, you will work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and deliver suitable candidates efficiently. The role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the growth and success of our clients' organizations.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in IT/Technology recruitment. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or a related field is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in sourcing techniques using platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.

Strong

Boolean search skills and experience with X-Ray search are essential. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Excel is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this role. Candidates should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Responsibilities As an IT Recruiter at Mount Talent Consulting, your responsibilities will include sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks. You will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and assessing candidate suitability based on technical and soft skills.

Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and developing effective sourcing strategies is key. Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate data is essential. You will also coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and facilitate the onboarding process.
