Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities to support the build-out of Project Stratos’ founding teams, with a solid focus on high-caliber VVIP flight crew and core operational roles. This full-time, on-site position is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and involves partnering closely with leadership to define role requirements, create targeted sourcing strategies, and manage the full hiring process. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting structured interviews, coordinating assessments and background checks, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from initial contact through offer and onboarding.

The role also includes supporting employer branding initiatives,



maintaining accurate recruitment data, and contributing to recruitment processes that align with global compliance and the project’s high-discretion setting.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure hiring plans are met and that all talent strategies support Project Stratos’ long-term operational roadmap.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes in fast-paced or high-compliance environments.
- Demonstrated skills in Interviewing and Hiring, including structured assessments, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven selection decisions.
- Experience in Employer Branding, with the ability to communicate a compelling employer value proposition while maintaining discretion and alignment with corporate identity.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in aviation, hospitality, luxury services, or other high-touch customer-facing sectors is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools, as well as basic data analysis for recruitment metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
