About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist – Non-IT Recruitment with strong expertise in bulk hiring, volume recruitment, recruitment drives, and vendor management.

The role will focus on delivering high-volume hiring requirements within defined timelines while maintaining candidate quality, strong pipelines, and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle bulk, mass, and volume hiring within tight timelines.
- Build candidate pipelines through job portals, referrals, databases, social media, and recruitment drives.
- Plan and conduct walk-ins, job fairs, hiring campaigns, and recruitment drives.
- Screen candidates based on experience, communication, stability, and role suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate movement through the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and priorities.
- Manage recruitment vendors and manpower agencies, including allocation, submissions, and performance tracking.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as closures, TAT, interview-to-selection ratio, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate ATS records, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Ensure strong candidate engagement and follow-up until joining.
- Identify recent sourcing channels and improve recruitment efficiency.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong hands-on experience in Bulk Hiring / Mass Hiring / Volume Hiring.
- Experience in recruitment drives and vendor management.
- Strong sourcing,



screening, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience hiring for Sales, Telesales, Customer Service, BPO, Operations, or similar roles preferred.
- Ability to work with aggressive hiring targets and tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals, sourcing platforms, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and reporting skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in BPO, Telecom, BFSI, E-commerce, Consumer Internet, Sales, or other high-volume recruitment environments will be an advantage.
