Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and creative Talent Acquisition & Social Media Executive who can manage employee hiring while also handling the companys social media presence and online engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition / Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant and corporate staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and local hiring channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding.
- Ensure timely hiring as per business requirements.

Social Media Management

- Manage OYE! CHACHA social media accounts.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.
- Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives and videos.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries.




- Monitor social media trends and implement relevant content ideas.
- Track engagement, reach, followers, and overall social media performance.
- Support promotional campaigns, offers, events, and franchise-related marketing.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and interviewing.
- Strong social media understanding.
- Creative thinking and content ideas.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
- Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Experience1–3 years in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Social Media Management, or a similar role. Freshers with strong communication and social media skills may also apply.
