Skillsheet is Human-First AI built for recruiting. We run one live graph of 850M professional profiles and put three products on top of it — Recruiting & Sourcing, Events, and Sales. Candidates, attendees, and buyers are all the same people; we just ask each profile a different question. Our recruiting product sources the market from a plain-English brief, verifies who people really are, and pre-screens shortlists before anyone spends an hour on them.

We're looking for a Sourcer/Recruiter who lives and breathes people — someone who can find the right person in a crowd, start a real conversation, and make an opportunity feel worth taking.

What You'll Do

- Source the market. Dig through profiles, networks, and channels to find talent that actually fits the brief — not just the easy matches.
- Open real conversations. Reach out to candidates in a way that gets replies, builds trust, and makes people want to keep talking.
- Sell the opportunity. Pitch roles, teams, and the Skillsheet story so candidates see the upside — persuasion done honestly, not with pressure.
- Own the candidate experience. Keep people informed, respected, and warm at every step, whether they move forward or not.
- Screen and shortlist. Assess fit early, ask sharp questions, and hand over candidates you'd genuinely vouch for.
- Adapt on the fly. Roles shift, priorities change, and new tools land constantly — you adjust fast and keep moving.
- Work the pipeline. Track outreach, follow up on time,



and keep every candidate moving without dropping anyone.

What We're Looking For

- Strong people instincts. You read people well, listen more than you talk, and leave candidates feeling good about the interaction.
- Excellent spoken and written English. You communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally — over calls, chat, and email.
- A persuasive touch. You can "sell" an idea, a role, or a vision the right way — make people care without overselling.
- Quick to adapt. You pick up new tools, markets, and role types fast and stay steady when things change.
- Self-driven. You thrive working remotely — organized, accountable, and proactive without someone watching over your shoulder.
- Comfortable with tech and AI tools. You're happy learning platforms like Skillsheet to work smarter, not harder.

Nice to Have

- Prior experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Exposure to hiring for tech, startups, or fast-moving teams.
- A track record of building relationships that outlast a single transaction.
