About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Tally TDL Developer who can develop, customize, and maintain Tally ERP/TallyPrime solutions using Tally Definition Language (TDL).

The candidate will work on creating customized reports, vouchers, workflows, integrations, and business-specific features in Tally based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize TallyPrime / Tally ERP solutions using TDL.
- Create customized reports, dashboards, menus, forms, vouchers, and print formats.
- Modify existing Tally functionality according to business requirements.
- Develop custom modules and features using TDL.
- Work with Tally XML, JSON, HTTP/XML APIs, and integration mechanisms where required.
- Develop integrations between Tally and external applications, websites, ERP systems, and APIs.
- Import/export data between Tally and external systems.
- Create automated data synchronization solutions.
- Understand client/business requirements and convert them into technical TDL solutions.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot TDL customizations.
- Optimize existing TDL code for performance and reliability.
- Maintain proper documentation of customizations and integrations.
- Coordinate with the development team and clients for requirement gathering, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical support for Tally customizations when required.

- Ability to independently understand requirements and develop solutions.

Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating Tally with web applications, ERP systems, CRM systems, or third-party APIs.
- Knowledge of REST APIs.
- Experience with PHP, Laravel, Node.js, Python, or any other backend technology is an advantage.
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL is a plus.
- Experience developing Tally automation and synchronization solutions.
- Experience working with GST, e-Invoicing, e-Way Bill, inventory, taxation, and accounting workflows is preferred.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant practical experience in TDL development can be considered in place of formal qualifications.
