Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Tally & ERP Trainer to join our team as a Part-Time Online Lecturer. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and easy-to-understand training in Tally, accounting fundamentals, taxation, payroll, MIS, ERP integration, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally, and the ability to explain technical accounting concepts clearly in Telugu.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct online training sessions on Tally and ERP concepts.

· Teach core accounting fundamentals, including journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, and financial statements.

· Provide practical training on the latest version of Tally.

· Explain taxation, GST, compliance, and related accounting procedures.

· Train students on payroll management and MIS reporting.

· Explain ERP concepts and ERP integration with accounting processes.

· Teach preparation and interpretation of financial reports.

· Create practical examples, exercises, and assignments for learners.

· Clarify students' doubts and provide appropriate guidance.





· Monitor student progress and provide feedback.

· Conduct sessions in a professional and engaging manner.

· Ensure students gain practical knowledge that can be applied in real-world accounting environments.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of Core Accounting Fundamentals

· Proficiency in Tally (latest version)

· Knowledge of Taxation & Compliance

· Understanding of Payroll & MIS

· Knowledge of ERP Integration

· Ability to prepare and explain Financial Reports

· Good communication and presentation skills

· Ability to teach effectively in Telugu

· Solid problem-solving and student-handling skills

· Practical industry/accounting experience is preferred

Experience:

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Tally, accounting, ERP, or training.

· Strong practical knowledge of accounting and Tally.

· Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

· Comfortable conducting online classes.

· Telugu-speaking candidates preferred.

· Candidates who can demonstrate practical knowledge through real-world examples will be given preference.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following qualifications are preferred:

· B.Com, M.Com, CA (Inter), PhD
