About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tally Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be punching and processing sales orders accurately in Tally while ensuring proper coordination with the sales and accounts team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, positive data entry speed, and accuracy in handling sales-related documentation and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare day-to-day invoices/sales entry in Tally accurately and efficiently.

Maintain proper records of invoices, sales entries, and order data.

Verify order details received from the sales team before processing.

Coordinate with the accounts, warehouse, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.

Ensure timely and error-free data entry in the system.

Generate sales reports, invoices, and required documents from Tally.

Maintain updated customer and product records in the software.

Identify and report discrepancies in orders, billing, or stock details.

Support the team with basic MIS and documentation work whenever required.





Maintain accounts and bookkeeping.

Help in finalization of accounts.

Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns.

Assist in Income Tax return related work.

Do account reconciliation and bank reconciliation.

Handle basic back-office and correspondence work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Should be Sincere & hard-working

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tally Operator/Accounts Executive or in a similar data entry/accounts role.

Tally knowledge is Mandatory.

Basic understanding of sales order processing and invoicing.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer operations.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple entries and meet deadlines.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills, but not mandatory:

Experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods industry will be an added advantage.

Familiarity with inventory/inventory management and billing processes.
