Job Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Sourcing Specialist role.

- Robust understanding of Market Mapping principles and ability to apply them in a recruitment context.

- Proficiency in using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or other professional networks for sourcing candidates.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights from sources like LinkedIn's "People You May Know" feature.
