A Tally Trainer is responsible for providing comprehensive training on Tally, an accounting software widely used in businesses for financial management. The role focuses on educating individuals or corporate employees on how to effectively use the software for various accounting tasks such as invoicing, tax management, payroll, inventory management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities include

- Conducting hands-on training sessions on Tally ERP for individuals, businesses, and students.

- Creating and customizing training modules to suit the learner's knowledge level and organizational requirements.

- Demonstrating practical applications of Tally for managing day-to-day financial operations, including GST compliance, bookkeeping, and tax filing.

- Assisting trainees in understanding core Tally functionalities like voucher entry, ledger creation, and balance sheet generation.

- Providing troubleshooting support and answering queries related to Tally during training sessions.





- Keeping up-to-date with the latest updates and features in Tally software and incorporating them into the training curriculum.

- Preparing training materials, exercises, and assessments to track the progress of learners.

- Conducting regular evaluations to ensure trainees understand and can apply the concepts.

- Requirements include proficiency in Tally ERP, excellent communication skills, prior experience in training or teaching, a background in accounting, finance, or a related field, patience, adaptability, strong organizational skills, and a certification in Tally software is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,378.69 - ₹22,000.00 per month
