Role Description The Tata Smart Flow Manager and Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing Tata Smart Flow systems to support business operations, including workflow setup, user access management, and system monitoring.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to understand process requirements, implementing changes, and ensuring smooth integration with other tools and platforms. Day-to-day activities include troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining documentation, performing regular system audits, and providing training and guidance to users.



The Manager and Administrator is expected to collaborate with stakeholders to improve process efficiency and maintain high standards of data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Tata Smart Flow or similar workflow/automation platforms, including configuration, administration, and maintenance.
- Experience in business process management, operations support, or system implementation within consulting, startups, or MSME environments.
- Proficiency with basic IT systems, databases, and cloud-based tools; ability to handle technical troubleshooting and coordinate with vendor support.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to train users and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, growth-oriented workplace.
- Prior experience in consulting or working with startup/MSME clients is an advantage.
