- Manage and support Windows & Mac endpoints.

/n

- Install, configure, troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, & peripheral devices.

/n

- Perform OS installations, upgrades, patching, and system maintenance.

/n

- Ensure endpoint security compliance and policy adherence.

/n

- Provide L2 support for end-user computing issues.

/n

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.

/n

- Coordinate with L3 Customer teams for issue resolution.

/n

- Deploy software packages, updates, and security patches.

/n

- Monitor endpoint health and compliance.

/n

- Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and knowledge articles.

/n

- Generate operational reports and dashboards.

/n

- Maintain accurate records of incidents and assets.

/n





- Proven experience as an End User Computing (EUC) Administrator.

/n

- Valuable at managing, supporting, and maintaining end-user devices, workplace technologies, and related infrastructure to ensure seamless IT services for business users.

/n

- Hands-on experience in desktop/laptop administration, software deployment, asset management, user support, security compliance, and endpoint management.

/n

- Familiarity with Endpoint Management & automation.

/n

- Support M365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, & Office apps.

/n

- Manage user accounts, licenses, and access requests.

/n

- Assist with mailbox and collaboration tool troubleshooting.
