Must-Have

1. Active Directory Administration

- Manage and administer Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).
- Create, modify, and delete user accounts, groups, and computer objects.
- Administer Organizational Units (OUs), Group Policies (GPOs), and delegation models.
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, replication, and DNS-related issues.
- Monitor AD health, replication status, and domain controller performance.
- Perform AD audits and security reviews.

1. Microsoft Entra ID Administration

- Manage users, groups, and administrative roles in Microsoft Entra ID.




- Support Microsoft Entra Connect (Azure AD Connect) synchronization.
- Configure and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Implement and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Configure and manage Conditional Access Policies.
- Support Identity Protection and security recommendations.
- Manage hybrid identity environments.

1. Identity & Access Management

Execute Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.
- Provision and deprovision user access.
- Perform access reviews and entitlement validations.
- Support role-based access control (RBAC).
- Assist with privileged access management activities.
- Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.

1. Security Skills

- Identity Governance

- Privileged Access Management (PAM/PIM)
