Must-Have

Must have Configuration & Integration level skills in the following tools:

5-7 years’ experience with Skill set: Experience in monitoring tools ITRS, SPLUNK, Dynatrace and App Dynamics

Skills : Scripting

Special consideration: PHP programming

Proficiency in M365 Applications

SQL scripting

Hands on experience with Unix

Hands on experience with Database (Oracle Teradata)

Hands on experience in Hadoop

Experience in Job scheduling tool - Autosys.

Knowledge on ETL tool - Informatica.

Knowledge on monitoring tools likeSplunk, Dynatrace

Knowledge on ITIL concepts like Incident and Problem Management

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

3-5 years in an application support position within a similar setting. Hands-on experience in supporting client applications and close interaction with the business users and application teams within financial industry, and preferably in the risk space.

Good Knowledge of supporting a heterogeneous workplace with in-house solutions based on UNIX Shell scripts, SQL

Good knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating systems is a must.

Good knowledge of Autosys to automate the batch

Understanding of the Service Support and Delivery disciplines. Aware of the importance for incidents, problems and change management procedures for day-to-day support activities.

Proven knowledge of “Best Practices” in production support, Knowledge on monitoring tools like, Splunk, Dynatrace and Knowledge on ITIL concepts like Incident and Problem Management

Qualification. *Only Full-Time Education would be considered.
