Purpose/Objective

To support the development, standardization, optimization, and implementation of Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) best practices across projects and business units.

The role will focus on driving operational excellence, asset reliability, maintenance effectiveness, benchmarking, productivity improvement, digital transformation initiatives, and knowledge management to ensure world-class operational performance across Adani Group businesses.

Key Responsibilities of Role

a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } O&M; Excellence & Standardization - Support development and implementation of standardized O&M; processes, SOPs, maintenance strategies, and governance frameworks.

- Ensure uniform adoption of operational and maintenance standards across sites and projects.
- Participate in audits, assessments, and compliance reviews to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Support establishment of O&M; excellence frameworks aligned with business objectives.

Reliability & Asset Performance Management - Monitor asset health, reliability, availability, and performance indicators.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical equipment failures and operational incidents.
- Support implementation of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), and Preventive Maintenance programs.
- Drive initiatives to improve Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and reduce Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).

Performance Monitoring & Analytics - Analyze operational KPIs, maintenance KPIs, plant performance parameters, and equipment efficiency metrics.

- Develop dashboards and reports for management review.
- Benchmark operational performance against industry best practices.
- Identify and implement productivity enhancement initiatives.

Continuous Improvement & Cost Optimization - Support Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement programs.





- Identify opportunities for maintenance cost reduction and operational efficiency improvement.
- Drive value engineering initiatives to improve asset utilization and lifecycle performance.
- Assist in implementation of cost optimization and operational excellence projects.

Digitalization & Technology Integration - Support deployment of digital maintenance solutions, CMMS, EAM, IoT, AI-based monitoring systems, and predictive analytics tools.

- Promote data-driven decision making for maintenance planning and operational excellence.
- Support integration of digital technologies to improve operational performance.

Knowledge Management & Capability Building - Develop and maintain O&M; knowledge repositories, best practices, and lessons learned databases.

- Coordinate training programs and capability development initiatives for site teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional knowledge sharing across projects and businesses.
- Prepare technical documents, guidelines, and operational manuals.

Stakeholder Coordination - Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, Projects, and Technology teams.

- Work closely with site leadership teams to drive implementation of CoE initiatives.
- Support leadership in strategic O&M; transformation projects.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualifications - B.

E.

/B.

Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.

Experience - 4-8 years of experience in Operations, Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, Asset Management, Operational Excellence, or Industrial Engineering.

- Experience in Infrastructure, Power, Renewable Energy, Manufacturing, Ports, Airports, Mining, Utilities, Oil & Gas, or EPC industries preferred.
- Exposure to large-scale industrial projects and asset-intensive businesses.
