About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Lead – Academic Writing Services to manage our academic writing team and ensure the highest standards of quality, productivity, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in academic writing and strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing the complete writing team, monitoring work quality, supporting writers, and ensuring assignments are delivered according to client requirements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the complete academic writing team.
- Allocate assignments to writers based on their expertise and workload.
- Monitor the quality, originality, structure, grammar, referencing, and overall standard of academic work.
- Review and conduct quality checks on assignments before final delivery.
- Ensure all assignments meet client requirements, university guidelines, and deadlines.
- Guide and mentor writers to improve their writing and research skills.
- Handle escalations, client feedback, revisions, and quality-related issues.
- Track team performance, productivity, deadlines, and turnaround times.
- Identify recurring quality issues and implement solutions to improve team performance.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.




- Train current writers and help develop internal writing and quality-control processes.
- Maintain high standards of academic integrity and professional writing practices.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of qualified experience in academic writing.
- Previous experience managing or leading a team is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of academic writing, research methodologies, and referencing styles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and academic research tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistent quality.
