About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead / Delivery Lead to drive recruitment delivery for our UK & EU staffing operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong UK/EU recruitment experience, a proven track record of achieving targets and closures, and experience managing client requirements. Prior team management or mentoring experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of recruiters handling UK/EU requirements.
- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery, from requirement understanding to closure.
- Interact directly with clients to understand requirements and manage expectations.
- Set and track team targets, KPIs, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
- Support recruiters with sourcing, screening, difficult requirements, and closures.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.




- Identify delivery gaps and improve team productivity and processes.
- Ensure timely and quality fulfilment of UK/EU staffing requirements.
- Work closely with management to achieve business and delivery objectives.

Key Requirements

- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience, preferably in the UK & EU markets.
- Strong experience in recruitment delivery, targets, and closures.
- Client-facing experience with the ability to independently handle requirements.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-driven with strong ownership and accountability.
- Prior experience managing, mentoring, or leading a recruitment team is preferred.
- Candidates currently working as Senior Recruiters, Lead Recruiters, Team Leads, or Delivery Leads are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in IT, Engineering, BFSI, or niche staffing for UK/EU markets.
- Familiarity with ATS/recruitment platforms and recruitment metrics.
