Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day last-mile operations
- Lead and supervise delivery executives
- Monitor shipment TAT, productivity and delivery performance
- Plan manpower and route allocation
- Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure adherence to SOP, safety and quality standards
- Prepare daily operational reports and MIS
- Drive team productivity and service quality
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
