Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & People Management Lead and manage a team of Student Counsellors and take ownership of their overall performance. Set individual and team targets and ensure achievement of counselling, conversion, and revenue goals. Allocate and monitor leads, follow-ups, and daily workloads. Conduct daily/weekly team reviews and individual performance discussions. Coach team members on counselling, sales, follow-ups, objection handling, and conversion techniques. Identify performance gaps, provide regular feedback, and implement improvement plans. Train and mentor current counsellors and build a high-performing, accountable team. Handle team-level escalations and ensure discipline and ownership within the team.

Student

Counselling & Sales Oversee B2C student counselling through calls, video meetings, and face-toface interactions. Support counsellors in handling complex or high-value student cases and closing opportunities. Monitor the sales funnel, lead movement, follow-ups, applications, enrolments, and conversion rates.



Ensure a high-quality counselling experience for students and parents. Drive the team towards monthly and quarterly business targets. Process, CRM & Reporting Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates and lead management. Monitor team KPIs, productivity, conversion rates, and revenue performance. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to improve team efficiency and conversions. Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with management. Work closely with Admissions, Visa, Marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth student journeys.

Business

Development Support B2B activities, events, seminars, university/partner relationships, and other business development initiatives when required. Contribute to new market and business growth opportunities.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹670,964.69 per year
