Team Lead –

Role: Lead and mentor the development team while ensuring projects are delivered on time, with quality and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the development team.
- Allocate tasks and track progress and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve complex issues.
- Review code and ensure development best practices.
- Coordinate with BA, QA, Product, and clients on requirements and issues.
- Manage API, integration, and production-related issues.
- Coordinate DEV → UAT → PROD releases.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Ensure proper technical documentation and reporting.
- Support team members' growth and performance.

Required Skills
- Robust software development and technical knowledge.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud technologies.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience in Agile/SDLC processes.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience

5+ years in software development, with experience leading a technical team.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
