Team Leader – Field Sales (QR & Sound Box) Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives. Drive daily sales and merchant onboarding targets. Visit markets and shops with the team to generate current business.
Promote and install QR codes and Sound Box devices for merchants. Train team members on sales pitches, product features, and onboarding processes. Monitor daily team performance and prepare sales reports.
Handle merchant queries and resolve field-level issues. Ensure achievement of monthly sales and installation targets. Coordinate with the management team for regular updates and performance tracking.
