Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Lead – Travel Process to manage the flight ticketing team, ensure smooth booking operations, maintain service quality, and achieve team targets. The candidate should have strong knowledge of airline reservations, ticketing, re-issuance, cancellations, and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the flight booking/ticketing team.

- Handle and monitor flight reservations, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, refunds, and amendments.

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of bookings.

- Handle complex booking and ticketing cases and provide solutions to the team.

- Monitor daily team performance, productivity, sales, and revenue targets.

- Conduct regular team briefings, coaching, and training.

- Ensure proper follow-up on customer queries and booking requests.

- Maintain high service quality and minimize booking/ticketing errors.

- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and internal teams whenever required.

- Monitor queues, pending cases, refunds, and re-issuance requests.

- Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.

- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.





- Ensure compliance with company processes and airline fare/ticketing rules.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of domestic and international flight ticketing.

- Hands-on experience with Amadeus or other GDS systems; Amadeus experience preferred.

- Good understanding of fare rules, baggage policies, refunds, cancellations, and re-issuance.

- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.

- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced travel environment.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of relevant flight ticketing experience.

- Prior experience as a Team Lead / Senior Travel Consultant / Senior Ticketing Executive preferred.

- Candidates with strong Amadeus experience will be given preference.

- Should be flexible with shifts, including night shifts, if required.

- Candidates should demonstrate stability and good team-management capability.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
