Role Overview The Data Management Team Leader will be responsible for managing the data management team, ensuring data accuracy and quality, monitoring productivity, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring that operational targets and timelines are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Data Management Executives.
- Allocate daily work and monitor team productivity.
- Review and ensure accuracy and quality of data processed by the team.
- Monitor data-quality and productivity parameters.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track team KPIs, productivity, quality, and turnaround time.
- Train and mentor team members on processes and SOPs.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve data-related discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and data-security requirements.
- Provide regular performance feedback to team members.




- Support management with data analysis and operational insights.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience working with large datasets and data-validation processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team-management and communication skills.
- Ability to monitor KPIs and operational performance.
- Experience in quality control and process improvement.
- Positive understanding of data confidentiality and security.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Qualification Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

4–7 years of relevant experience in data management, MIS, operations, back-office/data processing, or a similar environment, including 1–2 years of team-handling experience.

Shift & Transportation Requirement

- Working Hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
- Candidate must be comfortable working in the night shift.
- Candidate should have their own vehicle/travel arrangement for commuting to and from the workplace during the night shift.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
