Role Description

We seek a proactive Team Leader to manage a team of 20 interns engaged in social internships and live projects in financial literacy. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, communication, coordination, mentoring, task management, team engagement, and be proficient with IT tools. The role requires nurturing a learning-focused environment, supporting interns in their learning journey, encouraging active participation, minimizing dropouts, and ensuring consistent execution of planned internship activities.

Internship Details

Location: Remote

Stipend: ₹2,500

Duration: 45 days

Working Hours: 2-3 hours in the evening | 6-9pm

Preferred Language: English along with Hindi

Who Can Apply

Students currently pursuing UG or PG programmes, from any year or academic discipline.





Ideal candidates should have

- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Good leadership and team management abilities,
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to monitor and follow up on assigned tasks
- Attention to detail while reviewing and evaluating work
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- The ability to motivate and support team members
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for online collaboration and mentoring

Prior leadership experience will be an advantage, but students who demonstrate initiative, responsibility and strong interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
