We are looking for an Operations Team Leader to manage and support our field marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and guide a team of Marketing Executives.
- Assign daily targets and monitor team performance.
- Track attendance, daily activities and onboarding numbers.
- Train and motivate team members.
- Resolve field-level issues and coordinate with the Operations Manager.
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports.
- Ensure the team follows company processes and achieves targets.
Requirements
- Positive communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a field team.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing or operations is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month
