We are looking for a Team Leader for our Production department at Shabari Cottons Private Limited, Vaduvankulam. The role involves planning and monitoring daily production activities, leading and guiding Production Supervisors, and ensuring production targets and schedules are met. The candidate will be responsible for collecting production data, preparing reports for management, identifying and reporting operational bottlenecks, and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production activities and targets.
- Monitor the work and performance of Production Supervisors.
- Review production progress and ensure supervisors are following the planned production schedule.




- Collect and verify production details from supervisors and prepare reports for higher management.
- Identify production bottlenecks, delays, manpower issues, and operational problems and report them to higher management.
- Coordinate with supervisors and relevant departments for timely resolution of production issues.
- Ensure proper communication of management instructions to supervisors.
- Support management in improving production efficiency and achieving targets.

Eligibility:

- MBA in Marketing
- 1–4 years experience (Freshers can also apply)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
