We are seeking a agile and experienced Senior Team Leader to drive operational excellence, strengthen internal controls, and act as a strategic bridge between leadership and execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, deep domain expertise in the automobile dealership industry , and hands-on experience in internal audit and risk management . This role will closely work with the CFO and CEO , contributing to strategic decision-making and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage internal audit functions across dealership operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and risk mitigation. Act as a primary point of contact for CFO and CEO, providing insights, updates, and actionable recommendations. Drive strategic coordination between departments including finance, operations, sales, and compliance.





Develop and implement robust interna3333l control systems, SOPs, and audit frameworks specific to dealership operations. Conduct periodic audits covering inventory, sales processes, receivables, vendor management, and statutory compliance. Analyze financial and operational data to support business decision-making and performance improvement.

Prepare and present high-quality Audit reports, dashboards, and audit findings to senior leadership. Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and potential risks, and recommend practical, scalable solutions. Mentor and lead audit and operations teams, ensuring high performance and accountability.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, industry standards, and internal policies.
